Some of you might have noticed that I've been quiet the last couple of years. No workshops, conferences, blogs, newsletters, etc. Now, I find myself coming back to my business, its promotion & marketing, curriculum creation, and serving others by providing coaching, training and mediation.
You see, a few years back I was in a head-on car collision where I almost died. It took me years to recovery physically, emotionally and mentally. In fact, I would say I'm still not fully recovered. However, I am feeling much better and I am ready to really thrive again in my business. I feel as if I am a new person. As if the accident broke me wide open, and I got to see and experience even greater depths of my soul. But as you know, personal growth takes time and energy and processing grief, sadness and fear take a tremendous about of presence.
I've been "holding space" for myself and my healing. Now that I am ready, I will return to holding space for others as a Life-Coach, Mediator and Trainer. Honestly, guys, I love holding space for others. This, to me, is what Life Coaching is all about. It's an honor to hold space for my clients and all that they are going through in their lives.
Thank you for all your thoughts, love and prayers.
I love you, too!
